Pegeen Rozeske, the Shoe Lady, a Historical Reenactor, is a journeyman shoemaker. She will present the Art and Mystery of a Cordwainer. Pegeen travels through time as well as across the miles to demonstrate what making footwear entailed when this country was just beginning.
